Polbridge Digital is a proud member of the Polbridge Group, founded by Joanna Stacey-Leeks, a seasoned occupational health expert. The idea for OHDB emerged directly from Joanna’s front-line experience, where she saw how poorly designed systems created unnecessary frustrations for clinicians and service users alike. Together with her husband, Chris, and a dedicated team, we set out to create a platform that meets the real needs of healthcare providers—no gimmicks, just practical solutions.
